[2/8 - 2/14] Inspiration │ SleepyCabin

SleepyCabin is an independent multimedia studio founded in Philadelphia, PA by Newgrounds animators: William "StamperTV" Stamper and Chris "OneyNG" O'Neil, and consist of members: Zach "Psychicpebbles" Hadel, Mick "Ricepirate" Lauer, Cory "Spazkid", and Niall Muray. Why I chose this studio as my inspiration post is for the reason that they create content without any boundaries, not letting any other studio come in and limit their creative control. They are first and foremost a studio that creates content that they feel is worth creating and producing and to entertain their longtime fans that have been their since their Newgrounds days.

Inspiration [1/31 - 2/6]│Zach Hadel

This poster bases the two main characters in the animated web series: Hellbenders, created by Zach "psychicpebbles" Hadel and written by both Hadel and Chris "Oney" O'Neill. The reason I choose this besides the creativeness with the animation and writing, is the fact that they have total creative control with this series; Hadel and O'Neill are not restricted or limited by any studio, they are able to express this show with their creative freedom.

Inspiration [January 19-22]│Vektroid (Macintosh Plus)

This is the album Floral Shoppe composed by Vektroid under the alias Macintosh Plus, being the defining album that launched the Vaporwave internet genre. What made me want to present this album cover is the simplicity of it all; the grid, the picture of a big city in the distance, the pink background, and most importantly the image of the Sun God Helios placed in front of the cover.

FLOAT

There really wasn't any inspiration when taking this shot.
The story behind this is my friend wanted to show that he can float, but it doesn't last.
I guess the only technical problem would how the camera wouldn't take the shot at the right second, so I lifted up the shutter speed.
The creative challenge I had was that many action poses I wanted my to do we had to scrap them. My solution was to think quickly for new poses that would work around the area I was shooting.
